Computer Information Systems at Oakland Community College is proud to be recertified by the National Security Agency (NSA) until May of 2013 for the delivery of a core set of skills in our Homeland Security program. Students will receive a nationally recognized security certificate after completing all nine mapped courses and either our Associates in Information Technologies for Homeland Security or Certificate in Information Technologies for Homeland Security.

Our CIS program successfully matches a nationally adopted set of best practices in Information Security. Students will gain skills necessary to perform roles in information security within the Federal Government. For further information, please email OCC's NSA Program Coordinator.
